To update the MEGA LIVE, it has to be recognized since its processor is what gets updated, not the display. You just have to figure out what the connection issue is.Originally Posted by bassassin600
Have you tried another Ethernet cable, disconnected/connect the Ethernet cable, direct connected it to the display, swapped Ethernet Switch ports?

Actually doing all of that now. Bypassed switch, ML is going directly to unit now and verified power going to ML
Question about using ML and a 2D transducer at the same time when ice fishing. When I pull the 2D transducer out the ML loses it's reading. Confused why the 2D signal would effect the ML reading. Also, is there a trick to prevent this from happening? Thanks
how many pzt elements does the mega live transducer contain?

I don't know that this is published. I haven't seen any details on the number... probably pretty proprietary.

first day out with my mega live... can sometimes see my bait at about 30'... thats about it. any suggestions?
