    Custom Paint On Spinnerbaits

Here's pics of my latest custom projects. I was really worried about the Baby Bass, in fact I almost scrapped them all at one point because the color was so brown. Thankfully I was able to fix it with some transparent green and a heavy smattering of some of my "old faithful" green/gold ghost pearl.

I have yet to gain fine control of my Paasche VL and have gone back to using my old single stage Paasche brushes. There must be some adjustment that I'm not getting.

    The troublesome Baby Bass Light.

Yellow Parrot - I think everyone has seen this head, but I finally got around to the matching blades. I really need to learn about lighting for the photos.

A new Bluegill that I put on a white/pearl base. The lighting really doesn't show the colors well.

I could never throw one of those, they look to much like works of art!!!
Those are the SWEETEST, spinnerbaits, and blades I have ever seen. Makes my look like crap, so much for my picture ever coming out.

    Just awesome work. Very cool!

And keep an eye on the Hobby Lobby web site weekly coupons for the 40-50% off specials. They almost always have at least an Iwata Eclipse in the store. So 40% off makes it a whole lot more affordable.

I wish I had several of them versus just one.

What type/brand spinnerbaits do you use to custom paint. Those are rediculously detailed...Do they catch more fish? I don't know but they at least give you the confidence that there is not another artificial lure with more detail swimming in the water...Awesome job...
