White lines

What are the white lines? I heard that it means the transducer is bad. The right side scan doesn’t seem to be working. Any help will be appreciated .

Question, do these lines go away when the TM is not on? I see something similar when running SS when my TM is on.

No they stay visible.

Wayne, you're zoomed in on your screen.

Those lines are icons that pop up when zoomed to indicate where to touch to zoom in further or zoom out.

Cancel the cursor in the menu if there is a cursor on your screen, and then touch the + or - key until you're back to normal.
