Mesmerize Jigs.Performance Team Rods, Just add water bait and tackle
I powder paint them with the pins in, pull the pins, cure the heads, then glue the guards in.

Any tips on paint curing when molding the guards in? I was melting my weed guards when I baked 'em so got some copper tubing to protect the guards from the heat. Now they want to weep when hanging in the rack.
I think it is do-it molds web site that has tubing made for covering weedguards while baking. Not sure how they work though?

Yeah mine too. I think the copper is a bad idea because they conduct heat and are a bit too heavy. I wonder does baking at a lower temp for longer work ok for curing? Might try that.
fuse the loose end together. I usually stick mine to my lead pot for a split second. I bake mine at a lower temp. 130 for about an hour. I cover mine with pieces of arrows. Get them at a sporting goods store, I'll bet they'll be glad to give you some, and cut them to length with a dremel tool. they work great.
Can somebody help me with how to get the weedguards in the jighead after curing. I just started making a few and that part is giving me fits. I pour them with the base pins in, powder paint them with the base pins in, remove the pins, cure in the oven for 250* for 30 minutes, then lose my mind while I try to insert the weedguard in the hole. I have the right weedguards for the hole but some (about 90%) just don't want to go in the hole. Any tips or is there an easier way?
I just started, but I powdercoat the jigheads, clean out the weedguard hole with the appropriate sized drillbit, clean out the eye, then cure at 325 for 20min. Then after cooling, I use gel type superglue to afix the weedguards. Working so far. TJ's Tackle has a few informative youtube videos on powdercoating that helped me.
