    Side scan

    Side scan isn't working on front unit. At the console I have carbon 9 with in hull transducer and 3 in 1 that works fine. On bow have ghost trolling motor with 3 in 1 nose cone hooked to hds live 12 in channel 2 port. Both units connected together with ethernet and nmea 2000. Live 12 doesn't show "this unit" on sonar screen. Channel 1 is off ,channel 2 ,network sonar and multi source are on but side scan looks to only work on right side. On the sonar installation page it show 3 in 1 but it looks shaded. Is it a bad transducer or something not turned on right in settings. Thanks

    That sounds like a bad transducer. But just to be sure, you can swap your units around and see if the problem follows the unit.

    Definitely a bad transducer or bad connection. Did you install the nosecone yourself? I’d pull it off and reconnect. Those little connectors are tough. Don’t do it with the unit on!
