Everything went very smooth up until the inspection list for things needing to be touched up or adjusted, repainted, etc. The builder seems to avoid us now. I'm learning out here in hickville that folks work on their watch, not mine. I'm trying to adjust. Our gas tankless was installed inside in a separate storage room in garage.
I wanted a raised slab as it was cheaper but I got over ruled by the finance committee
