To answer OP, they aren't going to vacate wins for breaking a rule the NCAA stated provides little or no competitive advantage (In-person scouting) and which the NCAA considered removing all together in 2021... Even if they did vacate wins, see Louisville Men's Basketball 2013. I didn't see a 2013 National Title Banner hanging in Crisler Arena (Michigan's basketball arena) this past Spring. Vacated wins are dumb, when you go to the record books there is an asterik* and in some cases a school takes down a banner and maybe even gives up a trophy, but we all watched the game(s) and the players still have their rings.
