Has anyone personally replaced the fuel lines from the fuel pump to carburetors before? Where do you like to get your fuel lines? After I fixed the fuel leak on my 1985 Evinrude 150XP E150STLCOS's fuel pump, I noticed fuel pooling below the carbs and dripping from the connection points for the rubber fuel lines and plastic manifold pieces. Honestly, it's been about 15 years since they were replaced (previous owner replaced them).
Sure use 5/16" hose 0333341 and zip ties 0320107.
Aside from 5/16" lines, what size are the capillary tubes off the manifold to the carbs?
The ones from the primer solenoid to the top of the carbs or the recirc lines or both? the 5/16 hoses are the main feed lines it is a bottom fill carb.
I'm talking about all of them. I confirmed that the main feed on this outboard is 5/16" (now 772564). After finally finding an old manual and cross-referencing, it looks like the small hose was 326449 (now 772568), and the air silencer hose is 1/8", which is 203909 or 772570. Aside from zip ties (I'm not sure of why I'm missing so many other than lazy service techs), does that about cover it?

Pretty much covers it but make sure you use the zip ties as they have a curved end to them so there is no chance of causing an air leak.
