Here is how it all went down:
Lumber (including stirrer) from lowes=$25
Drill Stand from harbor freight=$20
Drill (trigger locks down and has a speed knob to adjust speed)from harbor freight=$20
Presto Pot from Ozark Tackle=$50
Total investment=$115
