TM Questions for Bass Cat

Ditching the 24V Ultrex that came as part of the package, and going to the 36V Ultrex Quest and have a few questions.

1) Will the position be the same as far as mounting the Quest to where the original Ultrex was on the bow?

2) Can I get/order the black hard rubber pads that were under the original TM mount for the Quest from you?

3) When I removed the original Ultrex the mounting bolts where not all that tight. The mounting hardware used the nylon locking nuts and was curious just how tight should things be when installing the Quest?

4) I am sure you have had a Quest installed already on one of your boats by now. Anything that we should know as far as installing the Quest?

I believe the mounting holes line up, but aren't the same size. I saw this and though it was worth sharing:

From the Quest installation instructions:

NOTICE: Larger mounting holes are required for customers upgrading from an Ultrex to an Ultrex QUEST. Larger mounting holeswill accommodate the higher thrust motor and ensure the installation is secure.
