Like a few others have stated. Seperated tire. If only when towing its a trailer tire. Might be time for some new endurance tires.

Longtail, what is the speed rating on your tires. I had carliles that were only rated 60 mph. Blowouts at 75.
Tell me where has a slow movin' once quick draw outlaw got to go

Replacing the axel assembly fixed my vibration issue.

Could be a bad belt on the truck. A mechanic can drive your truck and quickly give a go-no-go.

How old are your boat tires? If over 4 or 5 change them....
