    2020 FXR20 Front Compartments Leaking

    Bought a used FXR and knew that model/year could have problems. Found out mine does when fishing in the rain and not from the previous owner/dealership. Has anyone pulled the aluminum insert themselves and re-sealed it. Or should I just tighten everything down and use a good silicone and see where that gets me? Thanks

    Pour water on the deck lip and see where it’s leaking. Might be as simple as tightening some screws.

    Several guys have said tightening all the screws to the latches made a huge difference.. I would start there
