Starting with 220, polyglow, 3000…. The bad thing is the guy trying to get his boat back in shape that is trying to use this information will either waste a lot of time, mess up the boat, spend money on something that can’t be done, mess it up where a professional cannot get it straight, etc. The main issue is giving information without at least a couple of pics of the finish in its current condition. Every boat is different.
