Would imagine it will be 12 pounds like normal.

It will be the first one I can't fish for a long time. Shoulder is healing but it will be December in Florida before I will fish.

Yea it was ugly. Typical cass lake event.

    Last Chance Cass Lake.
Cool and damp day on the water. 11 boats came to fish. Weights were tight. A good mix of Large and Smallmouth Bass were weighed in. Thanks to all that came out to fish and support Outrun Hunger. A local group that helps families in need.

1st Ralph Blasey & Mike Webber 12.92 lbs
2nd Kirk Simpson and Brian Ward 10.37 lbs
    3rd Mike Moriarity 9.97 lbs
Big Bass Mike Moriarity 3.92 lbs.

    Missed ya Big Fish Larry.

Didn’t this derby used to draw 30-40 boats?

Been around 15-20 since i started fishing it. Doug would have all the numbers. It was a nasty morning. Glad I was on the couch for 90% of it. I did notice a lot of the regular guys were missing.

I don't think the winners ever left the launch bay. They had 5 nice Largemouth. Big bass was a Smallmouth from out in the lake. It has been won back there quite a few times. Best one was 2 guys in a Tracker with no outboard just a trolling motor.. I think they had 3 fish for 14 pounds that day.

The year before the tracker two younger guys won in a row boat . Had a cooler with a pump on it . One was fishing while the other bailed the boat out cause it was leaking so bad. I tried to get Kyle to fish it in my boat the two years I didn’t have an engine lol
