    Only if you buy 3 starting batterys for your tm. Most are not deep and start....

    From what I understand some deep cycle only lithium batteries, although not expressly designed to do so, will start most outboard motors.

    Absolutely not.

    Best case is the bms shuts it down and you avoid damage.

    If you run a single 36V and for some reason it fails or goes to sleep, you're dead in the water. For that reason I'd either run 2-36V or 3-12v. I currently run 3-50ah for troller and a 125ah for motor. I carry with me in the boat 2-5' 4awg cables. If one of my trollers goes out, I simply tie it into my cranking battery and I'm back fishing. Just a thought.
