    Anyone tried the Spiderwire FlouroBraid?

Found some spools on clearance and just wondered about the claim that it "sinks like flourocarbon"? Says it is made of Gore fibers too. Was thinking it may be good for crankbaits in stained water?

idk about cranks, i like mono still for that but I had a buddy who used that line and he said it was horrible. he said it was not strong like regular braid and now I think he is using power pro... but if its on sale its worth a shot haha

Bryan I have used it an it is terrible I personally didn't like it at all. I fined it kinda like Fireline Crystal even though there not the same line just a bad experience with it on my part.

This question has been posted on a few forums, including once by me...Everytime, there are multiple people that say it seems decent at first, but frays up after a short period of time. I have talked to or read about, what seems like dozens of people, that have had this issue with this line.

I have tried it and this is correct. It begins to fray up the line from your know after a little use. Also, I had it break very easily a few times. I gave the rest of my roll away and would not recommend it to anyone.
