Just turned off the soc switch and turned it back on and it worked.
Went to check my batteries again after fishing Saturday and now it's not working. I can tap each individual battery and that battery state of chare will show but not all four batteries at the same time. Phone is a Galaxy S10.
My app not working also. Location is on, tried uninstalling, re installing, then uninstalling, restart phone, reinstalling, no go. Also turned soc off and on many times. Installed blue multiple times, also installed the red app to try as my batteries are the 125 amp versions. Not sure what app to actually use. My phone is a Samsung S22.
Just put my boat away for the year so hopefully its fixed shortly.
Also nothing comes up on app, not just the charge %

What app is the right app if you have the 125 amp batteries, blue or red. Batteries purchased 4/23
Just reloaded the blue app again and all is working. Not sure what the hickup was but all working now.
App not showing batteries again. Not sure whats going on.
Have a Samsung S22 Ultra and I've given up on the app...
make sure the phone always has the latest android updates and the app is the newest version , location must be turned on, also other bluetooth devices can interfere like speakers or headsets, make sure they are not connected at the same time
also some other apps have been known to have conflicts

Thanks Drew, working again. I don't understand why my Samsung S22 in the Ionic app is constantly turning off the location setting. I turn it on, and a week or two later it is off again. When you go into settings the main location one is on and stays on, but within the Ionic app, the location setting keeps getting turned off, and the only thing I can think is that every time the phone updates it is resetting things.
To be honest, the same thing happens with my phone connecting to my Ford truck. I get it working, works for a month or so, then phone won't connect and I have to start all over.

I have an S20 and have tried waiting for the batts to load then toggling the soc switch from off to on quickly and then the %'s would load... but it worked some of the time. Tried a different route this morning and seems to be pretty consistent. I turn off the soc toggle and then completely close the app. Reopen the app and let the batts load then toggle the soc switch back on. Works perfectly at least in my case. If you turn off the toggle before closing the app, it will be in that same position the next time you open the app.
