    Lowrance Elite TI 9: grey screen unresponsive

    Hi. I have a 5 year old Lowrance Elite TI 9. When I attempted to power up this morning, just gray screen with wiggly lines. No Lowrance logo at power up, just gray. She goes to gray, total black and back to gray with vertical lines.

    Any tips on how to address? Or, time to get a new Elite FS?

    Hard reset and if no improvement, then it’s time for a new unit.

    What’s best way to hard reset? Is it the power button plus zoom in / zoom out at same time? Thanks!

    Google or sticky threads at the top of the forum will provide instructions. Make sure you do the Hard Reset not Soft and don’t get your hopes up too much!
