I think the Mac experience has run its course. I’d say best scenario ever with him is .500.

Pats have been terrible since TB12 left , they have no future with Belichek he is the world's greatest imposter a below 500 coach with out TB , the Kraft family only cares about money they still charge like they still have a dynasty team . Dallas is a way better team at this point.

Nice win. Nice way to bounce back. Just one game though. Gonna enjoy it for a minute and hope they focus on the 49ers and get ready for that one.

Something tells me Dan Quinn lit a fire under his defense this week at practice after that dud they laid against the Cardinals.

On the flip side, I still don't think the Cowboys offense is at its potential yet. It's easy when your defense and special teams are scoring most of the points...

I guess I'm confused. The defense scored 2 TDs. Didn't see any pts by special teams. 24pts by the offense? Looks like offense led the scoring.

The PATS would not have been too much better with Brady. The cupboard was empty and in need of a rebuild either way.

The Pats have had their hay day, and it was one hell of a run, get ready to be mediocre to good for a long time, unless you stumble into a great QB. That is how the NFL works. If Bill had any sense he would hang em up before it really gets bad.

They were a great dynasty for 20 years but like everything it all changes...........Belichik is a great coach but should hang 'em up.

Mark, I was thinking field goals due to the offense stalling. I get it, the offense gets them there for the field goals..38 points, but only two offensive touchdowns...And we did have a fake extra point for 2..

I don't think they are a consistently good enough team to style point wins myself. I'm just happy with a win right now. Hope they string enough of them together to where it makes a difference.

I guess the bright side is I won't miss any fishing staying home to watch a patriots game. I wish the patriots would try and perfect what the Ravens had a few years ago. Really good defense with really good offensive line and tight ends, rookie running quarterback with a similar backup (and keep drafting or grabbing undrafted running quarterbacks. If the quarterback is a hit let him leave at end of rookie deal and save that money to pay the other positions. Run it like a college system but you get to keep and pay your lineman and defensive guys. The quarterback position is just getting paid so much on second contracts and beyond that it makes it tough to field a good team with them.

Right. The Chiefs, Eagles, and Bills are really struggling and paying their qb’s.

That special combination of coach and players happens, and runs its course. SF, Pitt, Dallas, all went through it. Most then struggle to get back to the same level. Its the way of the NFL ..
