Every time I fish I have a headache from one to three days due to neck pain but I’ll manage as long as I can possibly stand it.

No real pain with my neck but it sounds like popping bubble wrap as I move my head around.

I have been fighting back pain for the last two years.
Ortho surgeon, therapy, accupunture, and epidural shots.
One day the pain is real bad, the next its gone. I don't get it.
I went to a chiropractor and he did the same exact "cracking" although they call it adjustments, as the last chiropractor did over 45 years ago.
They should never be labeled doctors and that profession is a joke.

I have been there and done that! My left thumb was going numb. Then Left shoulder started aching with Tendonitis type pain. Chiropracter experimented and fixed issue in my neck. But damn neck adjustments are not for everyone...it is unnerving. I have siblings in the medical profession, when they found out what I was doing they FREAKED out.
It would seem a great deal of Chiropracter neck adustments wind up in the Emergency room with ruptured blood vessels. The majority of which are too little too late and Fatal.
I was lucky. My physician chastised me and said Chiropracter should never have done anything without seeing reliable pictures, x-rays, etc.

Most likely the reason a lawyer I took advise from about a proposed pain management treatment. His advise was unless your pissing out your a//hole dont let them touch you. I had the film to back him.

Soft 4” cervical collar helps a lot.

Takes the weight off your muscles near neck.

Wear it when watching tv or lounging around.

My sister turned me on to this product and it really helped.
