I have always just measured and counted the leaf number. A spring shop or e-trailer can take it from there. Xpress has never helped me with Back crap trailers. Heck I could not get the OEM replacement lights from them. CJ

I agree with above. Just look up trailer parts on line or at a truck parts supplier.

Go to a local heavy truck alignment shop and they'll custom make everything on site and the parts will be way better than the Chinese springs / shackles the boat manufacturers use. Just take one set down and they'll use it as a pattern. Most of those places have their own onsite furnace.

I have gotten trailer parts from them but had to go through the dealer. They would not deal with me directly.

Does Xpress build their own trailers or buy them from a builder? If there is a tag on it you can call the mfg and see if they have records of what kind of axles/hubs they use. That old they may not. We ran into this with our Pathfinder. It was built in 2014 and trailer mfg (can't recall who right now) did keep electronic records back then. They helped us best they could but it was so rusty we couldn't pinpoint the exact style. Also had a hell of a time getting parts as torsion axles are made overseas and stock was extremely low last summer.

At least they're better than Tracker trailers in most areas but that's not saying much.
2023 Xpress H18 with 115 SHO that's optioned to fit my wants and pulled by a little Ram.

Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. Just smile and walk away.

I owned 2 Xpress boats back in 1998 and 1999. The trailers were built by "Back Track" and they were weak/junk at best. I hope the newer ones are better.
