CEE Australia amazing restoration 3 videos.

I was fortunate enough to have spent 4 years in a fabrication shop working on Vacuum furnaces. Our finished projects were in the range of a quarter million dollars. When I left the shop I had intentions of working for a company that was similar in some ways to what CEE does with machining etc... A divorce changed my tack. I spent over 2 hours watching the 3 associated videos for this project. Its a thrill to see someone as professional as CEE in action. Granted the videos edit a lot of the BS involved with setting jigs etc.. What he does show is nothing short of amazing.

I've been watching all the CEE videos for a couple of years. Kurtis's, Eric O's and Isaac's attention to excellence all make me want to be better at the work I do.

    I enjoy watching his videos.

His workshop is located on the Gold Coast, about a 50 minute drive south from my home.

You guys that enjoy CEE videos need to look up Engle's Coach Shop. Will give you a new prospective on craftsmen in a bygone era.

Thanks. Me being a craftsman myself, I love watch those that take total pride in what they do. It seems to be a trait that not many strive for nowadays.

Engles Coach Shop built from the ground up, two twenty mule team borax wagons and water wagon for the museum in Death Valley. I watched all of the videos from when they went to Death Valley to measure, photo and eyeball what was left of the last original wagons to them hooking the mules up and pulling the wagons. Amazing to me the original wagons and teams of mules only used two men.

Thanks I like those kind of videos and pictures featuring Skilled Craftsman.

Do you have any photos of any of your home projects four years in a major fabrication had to be a great education.

It would take about 4 to 6 months to rebuild a furnace. My craft was as a stairbuilder. The pictures I had of my stair work were eaten up on my old computer when we let office lapse. The fabrication shop job I took with no prior experience in welding and metal fabrication. During my 4th year they were grooming me to be shop foreman and everyone above me would move up a step. My oldest daughter was getting so many college scholarship offers I took the job knowing that there was a lot of OT to complete projects for shipping. All my work went out on time and the company was very generous to me. My daughter moved to Ca. to get reduced cost college and my wife decided it was divorce time. She intended to hang it on me when my income was at peak and I cut my own throat by quitting.
