Re-powering my TR 196 with a new Pro Xs 200 hp and I would like to transfer the VVM to the new motor. Any suggestions from those that have done it? Thanks

still pug and play. hours and all other info will be read off the engine it is hooked to so shouldn't be an issue
+1... should not be a problem, though you may need to change some of the saved information in the App/Website.

Thanks guys. So here's what I did. I Un-installed the VVM app and deleted all the data from the Opti. Re-installed the app. I had plugged in the unit correctly but had to unplug and re-connect and like magic, things worked as they should. Easy-peasy.

I have never heard that, and have seen them connected to numerous engines.
