    Re-using Mercury Vessel View

Re-powering my TR 196 with a new Pro Xs 200 hp and I would like to transfer the VVM to the new motor. Any suggestions from those that have done it? Thanks

+1... should not be a problem, though you may need to change some of the saved information in the App/Website.

Thanks guys. So here's what I did. I Un-installed the VVM app and deleted all the data from the Opti. Re-installed the app. I had plugged in the unit correctly but had to unplug and re-connect and like magic, things worked as they should. Easy-peasy.

Hey Don is there some kind of limit on how many times these can be switched over? I thought I remember hearing 3 times at some time in the past. Thanks.

I have never heard that, and have seen them connected to numerous engines.
