Sounds like the push button cover is not aligned correctly with the buttons. You have to take all the screws off the cover left and right to get the cover aligned It is best you remove power to do this. You only have to remove one side. There are 6 screw involved and 2 of them screw into the outer extrusion. The other 4 screw into the other half ot the cover. Should be an easy fix.

It was missing the little black donut button thingies. Need to order some of those and the up button is chewed up pretty good
