If you're thinking about it, go ahead. It's fantastic. And easy to install. Go slow, trust the template and drill some holes in your Ultrex.
For me, it had become a safety problem. The stock cable on my loaded-up Ultrex broke while lifting and I landed flat on my back, knocked myself unconscious. I knew if I didn't do something it was only a matter of time until it happened again - and the outcome might be much worse. An older gentlelady told me that it was a really bad thing for old people to fall, so I ordered one.
I had become reluctant to change spots because I didn't want to lift my TM. Now I can lift it easily with my left hand (I'm right handed).

, but that the lift assist works well for you. That was my whole intention in offering this upgrade as I know I wouldn't want to attempt to fish all day without mine. My orders have trickled down to the point that its starting to not make sense to offer the kit anymore. I cannot hold the price with only seeing a couple of requests per month.
