I unhooked my trailer and somehow forgot to unhook the emergency brake cable and
pulled it out if the trailer and it broke off! I’m so kissed at myself. Can the cable be replaced?

Yes, it can. You also need to release the brake before you tow it.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
The brakes are not locked. I pushed my boat into the garage by hand.

That’s what I thought but I could push it.
Sounds like you have bigger issues if your brakes didn’t lock. I’d be inspecting the actuator pretty closely.
Just repaired mine for the same reason. A-60 actuator. It was a bit of a pain on mine because of the galvanized trailer tongue. Makes for a tight fit.
