    im lost are you talking about the crossover hose on bottom of rails or compressor output hose on top (which wont tell you anthing ) in this problem

    Ok, finally was able to get it checked out. I pulled the crossover hose from the starboard rail. Turned the ignition to on and fuel pumped put of the port side not the starboard. Looks like my fuel regulator diaphragm is bad I think. Is that right?

    WHICH crossover hose did you disconnect- the outer (smaller diameter) or inner (larger diameter)?

    Since fuel is supplied to the port rail, it would be logical that fuel would be coming from that side.

    At key on, fuel pumps out of port side rail from the air rail crossover hose.

    I replaced the fuel regulator diaphragm. Running like normal now. The old one was torn in numerous places.
