Does anyone know if the 5.5 gears from a 100P are still available and if you can take a 6.3:1 or 7.1 and convert to the 5.5 gear ratio and what all may be required for the swap. I'd like to have the 5.5 ratio in a couple of 100 size reels.

Thank god i'm not the only one still trying to use a bunch of 5 ratio reels!
All my treble hook baits are and I also have plenty of 5.6:1 Lews. I converted several old Scorpion 1000's and added a larger handle. I'm wanting to find a way to convert the Tatula 100's to 5 something.Originally Posted by slipknobber bot
