This is my current boat, the PII has been gone a few years. Older and slower but it gets the job done for now. Bought it dirt cheap from a guy in Alba with a trashed motor, got a completely rebuilt 2.5 from Steve Coleman here in Houston. Excuse the filth, this is pre wipe down!

I put a pic of the cover plate for the bottom of the jack plate I black smithed out of a stainless lid off my Bar-B-Q, smoker,cooker whatever, I will get stuff for the new lid later, I posted pix of how this jp cover started out on the Triton page here on the forum on a post that was interesting that T&H didn't make one any longer.
I still have alot to do and get for this ol'e girl, I am getting there as the really hot heat here in Texas has me slowed down, but did make the jp cover and get the cavitation plate addition add just recently. I have got to get a new prop for sure, it came with a 25m on the 225 Yamaha.
The motor cover is to help keep the dirt dobbers from getting in the hood on the outboard. I spent several days getting all that mess out soon as I got it home after buying it. I do have a much nicer looking sharkskinz cover on the motor hood that I run the OB with.
That is a Bimini Top I added also, as it's hot here and I know you purist will laugh at this, but it's really nice while the heat is on. Then it comes off easy enough for the rest of the year.
