    Flipping weights

Has anyone ever heard of a flipping weight that had a groove at the bottom to hold a skirt? Saw them somewhere but can't remember where or if they were lead or tungsten. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I just saw something like that on Wired to Fish. Not sure about lead or tungsten?

Here is the link to just the weight. Has anybody tried these? I was thinking about getting some for next year.
