    Hollow body frog storage?

How are you guys storing your frogs so the rubber tails dont turn to liquid rubber. Opened my flambeau container today and practically every frogs legs were molten rubber. I know when one goes they all seem to go but is there a better way to safely store or should I expect to just be buying new frogs every few years.

I keep all mine in a deep 3700 with no dividers. Let's the air circulate better. Don't put any away wet. All I buy are Scum Frogs. Never had the skirts stick or melt.

All the pros sprinkle baby powder in their boxes and over the frogs. Shake it up every now and then. Problem solved.

I have deep Plano 3700 with the holes in it to allow them to air dry.

I use a deep 3700 and have no issues ,,, but you must keep frogs of the same manufacture together if you mix brands they will sometimes not play well together and melt

I think most of mine are silicone skirts and I don't have that problem.

used to do the flat boxes and bp, but switched to this thing - https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Plan...page-PEFG.html

Makes finding the right frogs and colors so much easier.

As mentioned, be sure to let them dry before you put them back in the box or squeeze the water out of them and leave the box open for a few days when you get in. I use a regular 3600. And be absolutely sure to keep the same manufacturers together, don't mix.

3700 with 1/4” holes drilled mid-line of the compartments on top/bottom/sides. I let them dry completely before storing them.

They make one that has holes built in throughout whole box.

I use small zip locks (Amazon) that will only hold one frog and sprinkle baby powder in each one, then put them in a Plano box. I have not had an issue with the skirts since doing this. Takes a few more seconds to store the frogs but for me it was worth it.

I think I asked this on one of the previous threads, but can't recall - just using plain old baby powder? J&J has a distinct odor, although I guess it dissipates as soon as the frog hits the water?

baby powder as mentioned and also if you are storing multiple frogs in the same compartment I make sure that I don't mix 2 different brands of frogs together.....
