I've been know to throw a Flash Minnow around deep docks or bluff cut trash-piles in the summer. Haven't caught a bunch of fish but the ones I have got were usually good size.
I'll fish them in the summer around boat docks and windblown grass lines. I usually like to throw shad color or fire tiger colored rattlin rogues. However, lately the gold and orange Diawa DR minnows have been killing for me
Floating Rogues in shad colors work around here.
