    Wacky Worm Fishing

Hey Guys & Gals - Lets here your favorite wacky style fishing setup!! Mine is a Lamiglas Certified Pro medium weight rod with a Abu Cardinal 902 spinning reel spooled with 14# Berkley Fireline Braid w/ 24" to 48" Berkley Florocarbin leader to which I tie a #2 Mustad Ultra wide gap red hook. My go to wacky lure is a Gary Yamamoto 5" Green Pumpkin W/ Gold flake Senko that I tip the tail in chartruce Spike-It / Garlic Scent. This system has treated me very well!! Let's Here yours!

i use a 5'9" fenwick hmg medium spinning with a shimano stradic 2500. i use eagle claw ewg 1/0 and bbc sponsor hurricane bassin worms custom pours. i like to slice each end of the worm about 1". gives it a unique flutter on the fall. sliced length wise with a razor blade. 8# original stren for me.
