weighted hook with a senko

has anyone tried to use a weighted hook like the BassPro Shops Vertical hook on a Senko?

i fish tidal water and with the water moving i have a hard time keeping my bait in the strike zone when do things like pitching and flipping to main river pilings.

i like the horizontal fall of the weightless senko so i figured with these weighted swimbait hooks might give me the same presentation with a little faster fall. anyone try this out yet?

Ive used hooks like these, for the right applications they work well.

Thers no wrong way to fish a senko. I'm cheap so I usuly just pinch a split shot on the hook.

Thats a fact, you could take a pack of senkos and 10 different rods rigged in 10 different ways and catch fish on any of them.
