Grabbed a bottle of this for pulled pork. It's damn good. I usually make my own but tbis one is one of the best I've tried.

All their sauces are really good.

I really like their raspberry/chipotle bbq sauce.
I bet is base is vinegar and brown sugar and whatever peppers and spices they added
Agreed. One of our faves!

I'm just gonna have to give it a try. Thanks
Good stuff. I'm glad you posted this because I need to get some more.
Tried it on chicken earlier. It was pretty good like that as well.
The local Walmart has the original and the raspberry chipotle. Think I’ll grab some on the way home and give it a shot.

Try this, less sugar
Wow.. I grew up on this stuff. Starnes is a seriously old bbq joint in Paducah Ky. Was the best there for sure. I can remember eating lunch there with my grandfather as a child. Now its been at least 30 years since I had any. I have no idea if they are still in business there? But that sauce was one of the best for pulled Pork you will ever find if it is still the same after all this time. I see it is out of stock? I'm going to bookmark this page and see if it comes back in.. Would love to know if its still as good as my memories.
Yep, they are still in business. It's not the very best shoulder, but it is damn good and consistent. Great service also. Our Walmarts here carry the sauce. That link was for a local retail store, I didn't even notice it being out of stock.
There are 2 other BBQ restaurants that have a similar sauce, Harned's, just east of Paducah city limits on Hwy 62, and Leigh's, west of Paducah near the airport. I have never had a sauce that was close to these three.
Maybe call the restaurant, they will tell you if anybody ships.
There is a Starnes wholesale in Paducah also, different owner, ph (270) 441-7060. They cook ham, turkey, and shoulder and package for retail deli sales. Not as good as the restaurant, but the sauce would be the same. They supply their meats to Walmarts around here, not sure how far out they might go.

I'm always willing to try a new bbq sauce. I'll have to pick some up.
The original blues hog is really good as well. Got my wife to try it now that’s the only bbq sauce she wants. I like the red as well.
