    2 stroke oil leak

    IMG_0589.jpegAny ideas? 2015 250 Pro XS. Just noticed 2 stroke oil coming out of weep hole. New oil pump installed a few months ago.

    Remove top and side cowling. Inspect oil pump and everything around the oil lines and filters. If all is good, might be a lower crankcase seal leak. Will need to remove the lower unit to check for oil on the driveshaft and impeller housing.

    This. Very difficult for leaks from inside cowling to make it to driveshaft housing and gearcase (inside).
