Evolution jigs... and Japanese tackle questions??

I just bought some Evolution jigs at 9 bucks for two and was wondering why the skirt was all on one side. Doesn't make sense and at the price I don't get it.

Also- it seems the Japanese make some great baits (like lucky craft) but we have limited access. Are there some Japanese online stores that have some access to? And that also have some english? Thanks- Dave

I bought a couple of packs and noticed the same thing. I think because they want the jig head to sit flat on the bottom.

I talked to the jig guy at megastrike and he said it was becouse of the little slot/tape job packaging that the jig comes in... so no strands get kinked. The idea is to turn it so the strands are on the front, none on the back to disrupt the "rightening" fulcrum effect. ok
The new packages will say something.
