I have read this entire section and am still wondering what is the best knot to use with Braid when fishing jigs?

I use the ....Braid Knot. it's a reverse improved clinch knot with line doubled and you only pass the doubled tag through the original loop, not passing it through the last loop like with the IC knot. Use Google to look up "braid knot". Be sure to snug it down pulling on the mainline, not tightening with tag end until you can't snug the mainline any more.

I use a Palomar and burn the tag to make a ball so it doesnt slip out(never had it to fail so far)
Polomar here too. I dont burn the tag but do leave it about 1/4" to 1/2" long. I've straitned out hooks w/o the knot failing.
Palomar
I'm sure there are knots (as good), But I don't think there is any better, or more simple to tie in a hurry.
I have fishing buddies that use the double-palomar (make an extra granny knot, before looping over). But, I have had 100% success with the standard version.
