    BCB customer service

    We all know how great it is. I just wanted to give another shout out to Allan in parts. I had to order parts to start fixing some wear issues with my 12 year old Puma ftd and trailer. Allan goes above and beyond to help people out and it is refreshing in this day and age to have somebody who takes the time to truly understand and help people out as best as he can. Thanks again Allan and BCB!

    I would like to second this. I talked to Allan on Wednesday. Asked him a few questions about some trailer parts and told him I would be ordering new bunks for my trailer that evening. I guess he was looking for my order because it shipped Thursday and was at my house Saturday. I was very surprised because on the site it says 2-4 weeks lead time. Replace my bunks today and will be ready to head to Mountain Home in 2 weeks.

    Allan was really helpful with my last 2 orders. Can't believe I only paid $1 for shipping on a replacement set of bunks. I asked first before I placed the order and he chuckled and responded with a YES!
    He is a great asset to BCB.
