    Cool 250 Pro XS Diaphragms

    Hi all!

    SN:1B787856, 2010 250 Pro XS

I was wondering if anyone can provide me the PN of the two diaphragms on the LH Fuel rail and which pn goes in which position. Thank you in advance.

CAUTION: Special tool required for the upper/air regulator, failure to use this tool can result in damage to the regulator, engine, or even personal injury!

If either are replaced, pressures must be verified with a highly-accurate pressure gauge (and in some cases, regulator must be calibrated).

DON'T replace perfectly good diaphragms "just because you can".

@Don the engine runs fine, i pulled the injectors off to clean and i pulled the diaphragms and one had the lip pinched from improper installation and the other had the very lip squished but still in one piece. Both damages are on the very lip of the diaphragms and the engine is running fine, what do you advise ?

If physically damaged- replace. If not, leave them alone.

Again: CORRECT Special Tool is needed to properly reassemble.
