    Tempest plus 23p vs Marks Razor 23p

    How much difference will there be in the two props mentioned? I have the chance to buy one of Marks razor 23 props that is stock from him and im currently running a stock Tempest plus 23. 185 aluminum boat with a Merc 150 XR6

    Better in all areas..... Except a little speed loss. Raise motor, adjust venting to 3800-4000 rpms on holeshot.

    ***EDIT*** I misread the post.... I thought the qeustion was for the Razor4 XL...


    Marks Razor3 runs very similar to the Tempest plus. As it is almost the same diameter and runs at similar heights.

    Would you run the same pitch in a Razor as you would a Tempest or are they a little stiffer?

    Marks prop has more rake and 14 1/2 in diameter
    Tempest Plus is 1/8 inch bigger in diameter.

    I've never compared those two.
