hello, my buddy just purchased an 05' 200 ficht, model e200fslso. It is new and still in the crate. Is there anything specific that he needs to know about this motor that has been causing any problems? Are there any specific recalls that have been issued? Thanks for any info that you guys can give.

I didn't know they still made a ficht in 05.....
sorry, may not be a ficht, but a DI motor (force of habit) I know the model number is correct though

Sure they made 05 Fichts. Not all Etec models came out in 05.
did they still say ficht won????????

The stickers might say DI but the patent numbers say Ficht.
