So, I guess the reciprocal agreement does not apply for the A-rig in waters like Potomac river, only fishing licenses.
Va it is legal to use 5 hooks and Maryland it is legal to use 2 hooks and the rest are teasers.
Got to be careful of where you fish and with what lures you use!
