I must have been 5 minutes ahead of you Mike. He had just gotten out of his SUV and was walking down the middle of the left lane when I went past him. I pulled over and called 911 and the dispatcher said they were on their way. When I looked in the mirror an LEO was already rolling slowly behind him. He looked like he was under the influence of really cheap drugs when I went by.
Sounds like he's right where he needs to be now...
