Any site where I might be able to get a wiring diagram for my 1989 1800FS

Not that I'm aware of. Never seen one posted anywhere. You can tell a lot from looking at your battery hook up's. Usually a couple sets of cables connected there. One to each post for a charger (if you have one), a Trolling motor (If you have one/usually bigger gauge wires) and one for a fuse box. Seeing which direction they come to the battery will usually indicate which side of the boat they travel up to what they are hooked to. thats about as much help as I can provide since I'm not familiar with your model.
