Not Kerr/Gaston, but Anglers Choice Team Trail fishes Kerr/Smith Mt., and the entry fee is the same as tournaments you're already fishing, formats are basically the same, and the payouts are quite a bit more. It's been the largest team trail in the region for the last few years, last years smallest field was just under 150 boats, and the average field was 200 boats. You get a free meal when you come off the water at every tournament to boot. Plus, at the classic, you're fishing for a brand new boat in addition to the prize money. I'm sure ya'll would really like it, give it some thought.

Bobcat's and Angler's Choice are also starting a trail that fishes exclusively Kerr. The details can be found on Bobcat's website. I believe Brandon Gray is gonna run it.

hey low slung cruiser, you dont need to fish gaston any this year, im tired of donating!lol. but if you are interested in fishing some stuff around raleigh: CATT old north trail is going to be pretty good this year i believe they are fishing harris falls and jordan but the championship is on Kerr, all cash payout! Im sure i will see you some this year.
