Looking for a good place to stay for Bass Open James River July7-9

Tournment is launcing out of Osbourne Park and Boat landing. I don't care to drive a ways from launch, just looking for a good place to stay. Thanks

There are a few places in a decent area in chester around Rt 10 and Rt 301 intersection...about 20 minutes from the ramp. Plenty of eateries....I see many folks staying in this area with Bass boats during big tournaments. I think a Comfort Inn, and someother place next to Hardees and another across the street....4 or 5 places right there together. The old days Inn there is a dive...but the others are eaither newere or have been redone. Maybe some other folks will know the names...I drive by them all the time...live right here...but dang...just noticed I never really pay that much attention. Hampton Inn Maybe???

You can stay in Chester area and launch at Dutch Gap and Osbourne is 3 minutes across the river. The only problem is gonna be power for charging batteries as no motel has them in Chester area and the 7 or 8 I have called in Richmond don't have them either. I will keep trying different ones to see who has hookups.
