Some of the people on CNBC were touting this REIT for reasons I could not understand. They specialize in office properties in NYC. They just cut their dividend by 12% and I would not be surprised if they cut it further. I caught hell on Reddit for saying I would rather own individual Reits rather than the VNQ ETF because I did not want exposure to office or some of the retail space. I think COVID changed the office segment of real estate permanently.
