There's a Kerr Wildlife Management Area in Hunt, Texas....they have fishing. No permit needed....

Funny thing though. At SML for 450 bucks a year, theres a place where you can launch all year and they guarantee you a parking spot...........

Actually Rudds is in NC but they told Va it was theirs so they would give out tickets there....

For you guy info Buggs Island has 6 or 7 NC Wildlife controled ramps in the NC part of it aka Kerr Lake run a tournament out of one without a permit and see what happen if you get caught yes and Wildlife ramps on Kerr Scott aka Kerr ya know where all the good moon shine comes from N.
