Joe, sounds like a very good idea, but you are putting a lot of pressure on your self and getting nothing in return but heartaches and headaches with 100% pay back. "You can please some of the people some of the time but not all the people all of the time"....just remember that when the bitchin starts over anything and everything....just my .02 worth.
